New member in the devteam

Post by hybrid »

Ok, not only that I'm back from holidays, there's also a new member in the Irrlicht devteam, though a rather well-known newcomer. As some already spotted from the latest SVN updates, rogerborg is now an official developer of the Irrlicht engine, with SVN write access and chances to become assigned to tracker tickets
As with the previous team update (varmint, for OSX maintenance), this addition also brings lots of platform specific knowledge (this time for the Windows APIs) and very professional development practices. The whole Irrlicht team is very happy about rogerborg's commitment, and I guess that everyone here on the forum will be as well :D

I swear I had that bookmarked and ready to post before your "power" comment, but thanks for stealing my thunder, you crazy cat.

I'd just like to take this opportunity to thank my personal god and saviour for making this possible:

WOO! FREE TIBET!

I can't promise anything, but it's my fervent hope that I will be having homicidal thoughts about you Goddamn selfish whiny lusers by the end of the weekend. ;)

Now I have to go and develop some knowledge of the Windows API and professional development practices before I'm found out...

Ok, so now you took the title, you crazy man! Well, I'm glad you FINALLY did it ;P
Now comes the the age of aqu... rogerborgius! Newbs plummet to their horrendous death, irrlicht is reborn in flames and every function is an anagram of "Allyson Hannigan" or part of.
Good thing the lord invented booze. Else we'd have a world conquest on our hands too :P

Yeah, I agree with this addition. Congratulations rogerborg! I'm surprised it didn't happen earlier.
