As you don't reply on my comment on one of your videos (and it got reported as spam -.-) I'll just leave a reply here:

this is awesome. I'm definitely looking forward to playing this!

My question was: is it going to be only about building, or will there be a ... crafting and mining component... survival... adventure (*cough* minecrafty *cough* :mrgreen: )

the game will be released as a AAA propitiatory game for a number of platforms.

but we will 'give back' some selected functions, and add them to irrlicht for general use as opensource.

2d texture arrays
Tessellation shaders
Asynchronous texture data transfer
