How much to charge

Somebody wants to pay me for making them a FPS game.

The game is not that big, it will have 4 levels War Type (CoD)

How much it is a fair price to charge? (US $)

If you've never made a similar game before you simply should not do contract work for this. And the fact that you think the number of levels has anything to do with the program complexity is a pretty sure sign you don't know enough to work on this. Really, don't go there until you have lots of experience in 3d game programming.
