To what extent should one try to achieve realism in a game?

oh yeah, lots of food for thought :D
Now I have a slight headache ^^"

ah well.. must process this info, also I like the idea with two suns and a planet orbiting the planet, and it could indeed affect gravity (the moon affects our gravity, although not a lot, but something a hundred, or even a thousand times more massive could noticeably change gravity assuming that it orbits close enough)
