Just a few questions

Hello, loving the engine but have a few questions on it and other advice

1: Have a 2d top down game,I got a line2d drawn between my character and my cursor, but I'm unsure how I would go about drawing my bullet image along the 2dline.

2: Non engine question, I am planning on having character centred on screen, but how would I go about it, do I move the background? If I do that will it not cause problems with monster locations and the such.

Sorry if its lame questions, I'm only learning game development and we all start somewhere, I hope to help people myself in the future when I get enough knowledge thank you
